Have you seen a doctor? Back pain like that can be an indication of something serious.

I have an appointment on the 18th for my back pain. It i located in the lower left ide of my back and it bothers me to lay on my left side. I forgot about telling him today because I was so nervus about bloodwork.

I should be in bed right now, but I had to get online and take care of a few things...

I should be making dinner but I don't know what to make. I had sourkraut and weiners on but then I remembered I am not allowed to have anything made from cabbage. So I guess I will just have some grilled dogs and veggies.
