Tinsel seach

I thought I'd ask here since after all this IS the Christmas place right? Every year my husband and I use this tinsel on our tree, this is not the normal tinsel...I *think* its made in Germany but cant be sure. Anyway its like coiled up spring you twist it around the end of the branch and then pull it and leg it hang. I dont know if this makes any sense to anyone else...but they stopped selling it in my area and thought maybe someone knows what Im talking about and where I can find it?
