It's 25 F here and we just had our first real snow fall of the season! We have a couple of inches on the ground, which is just a prelude to the snow storm we have coming tomorrow and Wednesday night. 8-12 inches expected! I love snow, but this is going to be a little difficult! :snowman:

Yesterday, it snowed for THE FIRST TIME of the season and (since I work overnights) I slept right through it --- it was all melted/gone by the time I woke up. I was SO dissapointed.

-1c right now, luckily there IS some snow in the forecast over the next week or so, however.....long-range weather looks like it's going to be 10+ C on Dec 22, so it's almost certainly going to melt before Christmas.

We see a decent amount of snow here but, about 10 more miles south of here is considered the snow belt and the amouth of snow that they get is about double what I'll see here at my house. I'm working on buying a house out there as we speak. (Fingers Crossed for Pre Approval)

My parents live in the "snow belt" portion so thats where we keep all the snowmobiles. This year is the latest I've seen the snow fall in many years. We got snow very early last year and almost broke our record for most snowfall which is 149 inches in a season. Last winter we got 142 inches. :snowman:

Warm weather with 18c. Weather forecast says that in the middle of the month weather will change and we'll finally have winter in our country.. Lets see..

high for most days this week is supposed to be in the 50's, lows in the 20's. We have lived in FL for over 5 years and this is the first year we have had so much cooler/colder weather. I LOVE it!!!!!!!! Usually, we'll get maybe 2 or 3 cold nights and I mean over the entire winter, where I have to turn the heat on for maybe 15 minutes, just to take the chill out of the air. Since it will be in the 20's tonight, I MIGHT have to turn heat on, but I will try not to. It will definitely be a hot cocoa evening.
