Have any of you ever attended a Christmas Cookie Exchange Party? My sister hosts one every year! This year she has 16 people coming. Each person bakes 8 dozen of their favorite Christmas cookies and makes 16 copies of the recipe and brings them to my sister's house.

At the party, my sister serves drinks and appetizers as each attendee takes 6 of each type of cookie and arranges a platter for herself. Each person then takes a copy of each recipe and ties them together with a piece of Christmas ribbon.

She's hosting her party this weekend. I, unfortunatly live 4.5 hours away so I can never attend. If I could go, I would bring my "Pignoli Cookies". Very expensive to bake but worth every penny!

My wife made 17 different kinds of cookies this year. She makes complete cookie trays to give to neighbors. I wouldn't mind doing an exchange, but not too many people make that many kinds!
