Starting a New Tradition

Hey everyone! New to the group, and I love the site already!! We have always had several family traditions, many of them which we still do.

This year, I am looking to start a new tradition.... since we have all decided to cut back on buying everyone gifts, I would like to start something new! I was thinking about wrapping a box which each has an action they need to take.... such as tell everyone your favorite Christmas memory.

Was looking to everyone to give me some ideas... between my three sisters, their spouses, parents and nieces, there is 12 of us.

Any thoughts?
