Hi gang, :waving:
I've been working on my own little Christmas site for local events and things to do in North and South Carolina. It's called Home For The Holidays and the link to it is:
www.twinklelights.webs.com (http://www.twinklelights.webs.com) :christmastree:
Feel free to check it out and look around. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! :gelf:
Thanks for being such a great Christmas family!

Thank you! Yeah, that's what made me create this. My wife and I always like finding fun and free (if possible) things to do around the holidays. While I was searching I found a few forums that people were posting local events on, but no all-in-one website to host them all. So, I decided to sit down, collect as much info as I could, and make my own site. :snowman: Thanks again for the feedback! :waving:

Thanks Bobbi! :waving: McAddenville is always free to drive through. I believe you can walk around the town and purchase hot chocolate and maybe some goodies, but I'm not positive. Check out their site: http://www.mcadenville-christmastown.com for more details on times and traffic. I know they changed the way you enter and leave a year or so ago, so you may want to see what directions they give. I hope to go this year too. :christmastree:

In Columbia, SC we have the Carolina Christmas Classic at the State fair grounds around the 14th of November and early December..we also have vista lights in the vista area of downtown a really artsy area that hosts auctions for trees/for charitys for the midlands. We also have at the state museum festival of trees to promote charitys...there are tons of things here for christmas to do.
