Well, I think what has worked for me, is swimming. I swim 4-5 days a week and I eat everything, as long as the food is healthy. :)

Oh no!!!!!!! I am so sorry to hear this, OMC. What does your BIL expect you to do?? This has got to be SO upsetting for you. You have enough stress already, just preparing for your surgery. And, even though I know you are angry and hurt right now, I do want to encourage you by reminding you that God is bigger and more powerful than your BIL. Give your need to the Lord, tell Him, and give him your anger for your BIL, too. Easier said than done, I know. Please keep us informed.
