Hey y'all - name's Cullen and I live in northwest Alabama and I'm pretty much obsessed with anything Christmas.

So by now you're probably asking about that silly username, well I'm also a car nut, and I drive an LT1-powered '95 Caprice sedan and the LT1 is a 5.7L V8 (AKA the same engine found in '92-'96 corvettes.) - so that's how that came about.

I hope I am allowed on here. I am a bit old (40).
I adore christmas, I love the christmas films - favourites; the santa clause & christmas vacation - I admit to watching these in June.

Every year my sisters myself, my niece and mum put £5 a month aside and spend the last saturday before christmas at the cinema, all day, watching any christmas films on, we spend all of the money on tickets and eating popcorn, nachos etc. We normally see about 4 films and have so far been able to time them so we only have about 10-15 mins before the next one starts. We have been doing this for about 6 years now and all love it.

I put my decorations up on the 1st of December and book a day off work to do this,so I can really enjoy.

I am rambling a bit....Sorry. - hope to here from some of you soon.

Thanks for the welcome. At our party, we'll play Halloween and Christmas music, (for example, the Exorcist Theme will be followed by Jingle Bells, via shuffle mode on my MacBook). I'll have Pumpkin Ale, and any Christmas seasonal beers out available.
We'll have ham, turkey, stuffing, pumpkin and apple pie.
We usually have a Christmas party closer to the day as well. We rotate holidays among our friends, and Hallowthanksmas and Christmas are ours!

I joined this board because it's great to read about how other people spend / feel/ remember Christmas. Well to give you all a little back drop of who i am. My name is Issac and currently live in TN with my wife of two years on Oct 6Th. I have always been a fan of Halloween and Christmas from when I was little. My bedroom always had Halloween and Christmas stuff up all year that would change the decorations all the time. I even put up a live tree in my bedroom when i was 10 or 11 for Christmas in July. So it look like I should fit in really well here and if anyone has any questions let me know.
